Collaboration with team members to understand contextual requirements and applying iterative enhancements to the models are key aspects of the daily workflow, ensuring that the language models perform optimally in diverse scenarios.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather domain-specific requirements and translate them into model fine-tuning strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate model performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments.
- Document fine-tuning processes and maintain clear records of experiments and outcomes to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding model fine-tuning techniques.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Experience with natural language processing frameworks and libraries.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and model training workflows.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing and augmentation techniques for language models.
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize model performance.
- Knowledge of software development best practices including version control and testing.
