Job Summary:
360 Realtors LLP is looking for a highly experienced and performance-driven Sr. Principal Consultant to lead high-value real estate transactions, manage HNI/UHNI clients, and drive premium property sales in the Mumbai market. This role demands strong leadership, market expertise, and exceptional closing abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle premium and luxury property sales across Mumbai (primary & secondary markets)
- Manage and nurture relationships with HNI/UHNI clients and investors
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Provide strategic investment advisory to clients
- Conduct high-impact site visits and personalized presentations
- Build and maintain strong developer and channel partner relationships
- Lead negotiations and close high-ticket deals
- Mentor junior sales consultants and support team performance
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
- Stay updated with luxury real estate trends, pricing, and market insights

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in Mumbai real estate market
- Strong developer connections and client database
- Experience in handling high-value transactions
- Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
