Ensure implementation and adherence to ISO standards and quality management systems.
Lead APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma activities for process and product quality improvement.
Manage customer interactions and handle escalations by driving effective problem resolution.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Perform risk assessment and drive root cause analysis to eliminate recurring issues.
Maintain and update quality documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
Support Environmental Management System (EMS) implementation and monitoring.
Lead and participate in internal audits and supplier quality audits.
