Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team to achieve organizational goals.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities and ensure timely hiring.
- Monitor team performance, set targets, and conduct regular reviews.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
- Build employee engagement initiatives and improve workplace culture.
- Manage onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Maintain HR documentation, compliance, and reporting.
- Collaborate with leadership teams on workforce planning and business requirements.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
- Improve HR workflows and introduce automation wherever possible.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in HR management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven experience managing and developing HR teams.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in building HR processes from the ground up is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Background
- Experience working in a growing organization/startup environment.
- Experience managing recruitment teams or talent acquisition functions.
