Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
- Manage filing systems (digital and paper) and maintain records
- Greet and assist visitors and provide support as needed
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Book travel arrangements and help prepare expense reports
- Assist in document preparation, presentations, and report generation
- Support the planning and execution of meetings and company events
- Perform data entry and database management
- Act as point of contact for internal and external clients
- Coordinate with other administrative and executive staff to handle requests
- Office premises opening & Closing
- Bank related works
- Two wheeler with valid lincense mandatory
- Willing to travel.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
