Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and verify client RA bills, contractor bills, and final bills.
2. Measure and quantify work executed at site as per drawings and BOQs.
3. Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, clients, and consultants for billing approvals.
4. Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and reconciliation statements.
5. Track project progress and maintain billing records and documentation.
6. Process subcontractor bills and verify work completion.
7. Prepare variation orders, extra item statements, and rate analysis.
8. Ensure timely submission of bills and follow up for approvals and payments.
9. Maintain project MIS related to billing and cost control.
10. Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and company standards.
Required Skills
* Experience in billing for Interior Fit-Out/Construction projects.
* Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and rate analysis.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing documentation.
* Familiarity with project drawings, contracts, and billing procedures.
* Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Qualifications
* B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
* 3–6 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
