About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong Telecom Network domain expertise to drive intelligent automation and analytics across network operations. The role focuses on applying AI/ML techniques to improve performance, reliability, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a blend of AI/ML capabilities, telecom domain understanding, and data engineering exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI/ML models for telecom use cases such as network anomaly detection, fault prediction, and traffic forecasting
- Work with structured and unstructured network data to identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements
- Implement AIOps capabilities for incident prediction, automated alert correlation, and intelligent ticketing
- Build and manage data pipelines for ingesting telecom data from multiple sources using big data technologies
- Integrate AI models into CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment and monitoring
- Collaborate with network operations teams, OSS/NetAct engineers, and DevOps teams to identify use cases and implement solutions
- Participate in governance, security, and compliance activities
Requirements
- Strong AI/ML capabilities with experience in telecom domain
- Experience with OSS platforms, RAN/Core network architecture, and network management systems
- Knowledge of big data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, and Hadoop
- Experience with containerized environments such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong data engineering and pipeline development skills
- Ability to work with structured and unstructured network data
- Experience with AI-driven automation and AIOps
