Role Overview
This is a core role at the center of Zobocon’s transformation — shifting operations from people-dependent execution to AI-driven, system-led intelligence.
Working directly with the Founder, you will act as a force multiplier across strategy, analysis, and execution — structuring ambiguity, accelerating decisions, and ensuring strong closure.
Mandate: Bring clarity to chaos. Build systems over dependence. Drive outcomes to completion.
What You Will Drive
1. Structured Thinking & Decision Support
- Break down complex problems into clear frameworks
- Provide sharp, decision-ready insights
2. Information Integration
- Ensure critical information flows with context and clarity across teams
- Eliminate misalignment and execution delays
3. Execution & Closure
- Convert priorities into action and drive cross-functional follow-through
- Ensure nothing important slips
4. AI-Led Innovation (Core)
- Identify repeatable workflows and inefficiencies
- Build AI-assisted solutions (automation, prompts, workflows)
- Shift operations toward intelligent, scalable systems
5. Systems & Strategy Contribution
- Strengthen Zobo AIdge with real execution logic
- Support fundraising and strategic initiatives

Salary Range
6-12 Lakhs per annum with significant ESOP upside
