Job Description – Architect & Interior Designer / Project Manager Location: Bengaluru Department: Projects Industry: Food & Beverage
Job Summary
We are looking for an Architect & Interior Designer who can independently manage and oversee F&B projects from design to completion. The role will be responsible for planning, site execution, coordination, quality, timelines, and ensuring the final project meets the company's design and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of restaurant architecture, interior design, and project execution.
- Manage projects from concept, drawings, procurement, execution to final handover.
- Develop and review architectural, interior, 2D, 3D, and working drawings. Lead and monitor all on-site civil, interior, furniture, electrical, lighting, and finishing works.
- Coordinate directly with contractors, vendors, fabricators, and site teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Plan project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
- Identify and resolve site issues, design changes, and execution challenges.
- Review material requirements, finishes, measurements, and workmanship.
- Monitor project costs and ensure work is executed within the approved budget. Maintain quality, safety, finishing, and brand standards across all projects.
- Provide regular project updates, including progress, challenges, requirements, and timelines, to management.
- Ensure proper documentation, drawings, measurements, and project records are maintained.
- Coordinate project handover and ensure all work is completed to the required standard.
Requirements
- Experience in Architecture, Interior Design, and Project Management, preferably in F&B. Strong hands-on experience in restaurant/site execution.
- Good knowledge of construction, materials, finishes, furniture, electrical, lighting, and MEP coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and relevant design software.
- Strong project planning, site management, vendor coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and take ownership of execution.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
