Essential Responsibilities:
- To making outbound and inbound calls and answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product.
- To answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company To convince parents for admission.
- To resolve queries and issues related to the services and suggesting solutions based on customers’ needs and requirements.
- Should be an excellent communicator along with convincing abilities and clarity in voice.
- Excellent in lead generation and conversion skills.
Education & Experience required
Graduation with minimum 0-2 years’ experience required in the relevant field.
ENGLISH COMMUNICATION IS MUST.
