Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products and services, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Generate new leads and convert them into sales.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare daily call and sales reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Qualification
- Any Graduate or Diploma.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with Tele Sales, Customer Support, BPO, or Sales experience will be preferred.
