Qualification: Bachelor's degree in CSC / IT / Computer Applications
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration
Salary: ₹4LPA – 6LPA
*Job Description:*
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and business applications.
Manage user accounts, email systems, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, and cloud applications.
Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, servers, backups, antivirus, and IT security.
Maintain IT assets, software licenses, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and technical support.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security, and backup procedures.
Leverage AI tools and automation to improve business processes.
Resolve IT issues promptly while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Recommend and implement technology improvements to enhance efficiency.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
