VMC Operator cum Programmer

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled VMC Operator cum Programmer to handle CNC/VMC machine programming, setting, and operation for precision components and tooling.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and execute CNC programs for VMC machines.
- Set tools, work offsets, fixtures, and jobs as per drawings.
- Operate VMC machines and ensure accurate, defect-free machining.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T.
- Select suitable cutting tools and optimize machining parameters.
- Perform in-process and final inspection using precision measuring instruments.
- Identify and resolve machining, tooling, and dimensional issues.
- Maintain machine, tool, program, and production records.
- Follow quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
Qualification & Experience
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Machinist, Tool & Die, or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of hands-on VMC programming and operating experience.
- Knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens controls, G-code/M-code, and CNC tooling preferred.
- CAD/CAM knowledge will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
