Key Responsibilities
- Contact small and medium-sized businesses to promote website development services
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and follow-ups
- Speak confidently with business owners and decision-makers
- Explain the value and benefits of custom-built websites and digital solutions
- Convert enquiries and leads into sales using consultative sales techniques
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients
- Follow up on warm and cold leads through phone, email, and online platforms
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity within the CRM system
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience at all times
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in telesales, business development, or B2B sales
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
- Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers over the phone
- Highly target-driven, competitive, and motivated by financial success
- Strong closing and objection-handling skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and perform under pressure
- Experience selling digital services, marketing, or website solutions is advantageous
