- Evaluate project profitability and ROI.
- Present acquisition proposals to management.
Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Lead negotiations with:

Educational Qualification

Experience
- 8–15 years in Real Estate Land Acquisition
- Minimum 5 years in Chennai real estate market
- Experience in residential, plotted development or township projects
- Proven track record of successful land acquisitions
- Strong understanding of Tamil Nadu land laws and approval processes
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per month
