1.) B.Tech/ DME- Mechanical with5-7 Years experience in Structural Steel fabrication + Painting inspection.
2.) Structural steel fabrication and erection knowledge including drawing knowledge for critical structures.
3) From Raw material to Finished product - Stagewise inspection as below.
a) Raw material Inspection-Physical inspection and co relating MTC with material b)Third Party test witness
c) Fit Up inspection
d) Weld Visual Inspection
e) Final Dimensional Inspection
f) NDT Inspection - VT , LPT , UT g)Surface preparation and Coating inspection 3.)
On time documentation review for dispatching approved material
4.) Preparing and Reviewing of WPS,PQR and WQT
5.) Consumable control during fabrication
