About the Role
Radancy is the global leader in talent acquisition software, helping enterprises worldwide transform their hiring through our AI‑powered platform.
We are seeking skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to help ensure the quality and reliability of our referral web and mobile applications. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and end-to-end (E2E) tests using Playwright, while working closely with engineers, product managers, and designers.
You will play a critical role in embedding quality into the development lifecycle by building scalable test solutions and improving test coverage across platforms.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automated E2E test suites using Playwright or similar software
Build and enhance testing frameworks for web and mobile applications
Collaborate with developers and product teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria
Create and execute manual and automated test cases where necessary
Integrate and improve automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation
Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing
Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring timely resolution
Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality
Contribute to test data management and environment setup
Advocate for best practices in test automation and quality engineering.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in software testing or SDET role
Strong experience in test automation using Playwright or similar
Knowledge in at least one programming language: JavaScript / TypeScript / Python / Java
Experience testing web applications (UI, API, integration)
Familiarity with mobile testing (iOS/Android non-native applications)
Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Preferably Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions)
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of REST API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.)
Familiarity with performance or load testing
Understanding of containerization (Docker) and cloud environments
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Work Location
Hybrid Work Model: This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work in the Bengaluru office 3 times per week.
