- Handle procurement of fresh seafood (fish, prawns, and other marine products)
- Source materials from local markets, harbours, and vendors
- Evaluate quality, freshness, and pricing of seafood before purchase
- Negotiate rates and finalize purchase orders with suppliers
- Ensure timely procurement as per production requirements
- Maintain purchase records, vendor details, and daily reports
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for material requirements
- Monitor market trends, seasonal availability, and price fluctuations
- Visit markets/landing centers for direct procurement when required
- 2–4 years of experience in seafood/fish procurement
- Strong knowledge of seafood quality standards and grading
