Key Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial operations and manufacturing sectors across India, aligning with Possible electrofeb llp's focus as a growing engineering firm.
- Develop and nurture client relationships, presenting our expertise in Electrical Panels, Switchgear & Protection Devices, Electric Motors & Drives, and Automation & Control Components to potential clients.
- Drive sales of Renewable & Green Electricals, Cables, Wiring & Electrical Infrastructure solutions, leveraging strong product knowledge to meet specific customer requirements in Electricals, Renewable Energy, and Appliances industries.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, especially concerning industrial applications of our product range.
- Prepare compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals, contributing directly to the revenue growth of our lean, 2-3 member team.
- Collaborate internally with our technical team to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and deliver maximum value, reflecting Possible electrofeb llp's commitment to excellence.
- Develop new B2B customers across Gujarat and India.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Google, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and industrial directories.
- Meet Electrical Contractors, Panel Builders, Solar EPC Companies, Industries, Consultants, and OEMs.
- Prepare quotations and follow up until order closure.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years and maximum 2 years of experience required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field, demonstrating a foundational understanding of our core products.
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development within the industrial, manufacturing, or engineering sectors, ideally with exposure to Electricals or Renewable Energy solutions.
- Demonstrable technical understanding and sales acumen across domains like Electrical Panels, Switchgear & Protection Devices, Electric Motors & Drives, Automation & Control Components, and Renewable & Green Electricals.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of engaging decision-makers in industrial and manufacturing environments in India.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with an ability to work autonomously and contribute significantly to a small, agile team like Possible electrofeb llp.
- Familiarity with the Indian market dynamics in Electricals, Renewable Energy, and Appliances industries is highly advantageous.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
