E-Commerce Marketplace Executive

Due to our rapid expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an E-Commerce Marketplace Executive to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment with great potential for career development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, eBay, and Google Shopping
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve visibility and rankings
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics across all platforms to ensure sales growth
- Assist in the development and execution of marketplace promotions and marketing campaigns
- Use Photoshop (or similar tools) to edit product images and ensure all listings meet brand and platform guidelines
- Coordinate with suppliers and the UK office to maintain stock levels and update product availability
- Handle customer queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date with e-commerce trends and marketplace policy changes
Key Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Google Shopping)
- Strong understanding of SEO and keyword optimization for product listings
- Proficiency in Photoshop or similar image editing software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude with a passion for e-commerce and digital marketing
- Ability to analyse data and implement improvements based on insights
