The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently while delivering a welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and business associates.
* Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
* Schedule client meetings and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
* Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth front desk operations.
* Manage office correspondence, couriers, and administrative documentation.
* Keep the reception and waiting area clean, organized, and presentable.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication.
* Provide administrative support as required.
Requirements
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
* Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and strong interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
