We are looking for an experienced Architectural Design Manager with 3–5 years of experience in architectural design management, specializing in residential horizontal and vertical developments. The role focuses on architectural planning, design coordination, consultant management, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities Lead architectural design, master planning, and plotting for residential projects.
Conduct feasibility studies and prepare test-fit layouts.
Coordinate with consultants, internal teams, and project stakeholders.
Review architectural drawings and ensure timely project delivery.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and design standards.
Collaborate with MEP, landscape, and interior teams during design development.
Conduct site visits, resolve design-related issues, and monitor execution quality.
Prepare feasibility reports, design presentations, and project documentation.
Oversee final inspections and support project handover.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) – Mandatory.
Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning – Preferred.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Required Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Knowledge of Revit, Green Building Protocols, and DCPR is an advantage.
Strong design coordination, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Prior site experience is preferred.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
