We are expanding our team and looking for passionate, performance-driven professionals for the role of Operational Manager.
Location: Mohali
Working: 5.5 Days a Week
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)
Work Mode: Work from Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end contact center operations and drive operational excellence.
- Manage Team Leaders and large-scale teams to achieve business KPIs.
- Monitor and improve key metrics including Productivity, Quality, CSAT, SLA, Revenue, and Attrition.
- Analyze operational data and implement continuous process improvements.
- Drive employee engagement, coaching, and leadership development.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
- Manage workforce planning, performance reviews, compliance, and operational governance.What We're Looking For:
✔ Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a BPO/Contact Center environment.
✔ Strong leadership and people management skills.
✔ Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
✔ Experience managing client relationships and business reviews.
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
