About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, organized, and proactive Process Support Executive to join our mortgage brokerage support team.
This is an onsite, night-shift position in Indore. The role involves back-office operations, file and document handling, follow-ups, communication, coordination, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle mortgage files and provide back-office support
* Assist with file submissions and lender coordination
* Track pending documents, tasks, and follow-up reminders
* Handle emails and business communication
* Manage calendars and schedule meetings
* Make follow-up calls with leads, clients, lenders, and mortgage agents
* Maintain and update information in CRM and internal systems
* Support documentation, data entry, and record management
* Coordinate with team members for timely task completion
* Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities
Required Skills
* Good spoken and written English
* Confident and professional communication over phone calls
* Strong follow-up and coordination skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
* Good computer and data-entry skills
* Proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership
* Working knowledge of MS Office and spreadsheets
* Familiarity with AI tools, cloud storage, email platforms, and CRM systems preferred
Eligibility
* Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
* 1–3 years of relevant work experience is mandatory
* Experience in back-office operations, banking, mortgage, real estate, customer support, administration, or coordination roles is preferred
* Candidates must be comfortable working Hybrid in Indore during night shifts
* This is a 5-day working position
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
