This is a lead-generation focused role. You will own the top of the sales funnel: finding the right clients, qualifying them, and booking calls. The founder handles final closing, so your success is measured by the quality and volume of qualified opportunities you create, primarily through LinkedIn.
Responsibilities
- Research and build targeted lead lists of potential clients in the US, Europe, and UAE
- Run personalized outbound outreach via LinkedIn and email
- Qualify prospects against fit criteria such as budget, decision-maker, and project scope
- Book qualified calls onto the founder's calendar
- Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline in the CRM
- Follow up consistently across multiple touchpoints
- Report weekly on outreach activity and booked meetings
Requirements
- 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably IT services or software development
- Excellent written English (mandatory, you will message international clients daily)
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong research and prospecting skills
- Disciplined follow-up habits and self-motivation
- Comfortable working with US and European time zones when needed
