Qualification
B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science / IT / Electronics)
OR BCA / MCA
OR B.Sc. Computer Science with relevant certifications
Certifications in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Firewall (Sophos/Fortinet), Linux, or Networking will be an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum: 3–5 years in IT Infrastructure / System Administration.
Hands-on experience in:
Website Management (WordPress preferred)
Social Media Account Administration
CRM Management
IndiaMART Lead Management
Email Server & Google Workspace / Microsoft 365
Database Backup & User Management
WhatsApp Business API / Meta Business Suite
SMS Gateway Configuration
IP PBX (Yeastar, Grandstream, 3CX, etc.)
Firewall Configuration (Sophos/Fortinet/SonicWall)
Cloud Storage & User Access Management
Software License & Subscription Management
Basic Networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
Cybersecurity best practices
