Telecaller – Skin & Aesthetic Clinic
We are looking for a confident and friendly Telecaller to connect with potential clients and provide information about our skin and aesthetic treatments. The role involves handling inquiries, explaining treatment options, and converting leads into consultation appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to interested clients
- Explain skin treatments, benefits, and available packages
- Answer customer queries in a polite and professional manner
- Schedule appointments for skin consultations
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer records
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Confident and convincing personality
- Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism
Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage
Experience:
- 0–2 Years (Freshers are welcome to apply)
- Salary:
- As per industry standards + Performance Incentives
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
