Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented System Analyst to bridge business requirements with technical solutions. The role involves understanding customer requirements, analyzing business processes, preparing functional documentation, designing workflows, collaborating with development teams, validating solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, evaluate existing processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, resolve dependencies, and recommend solutions aligned with product capabilities.
Functional Design: Prepare Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, process diagrams, wireframes, validation rules, and functional specifications to support development.
Solution Design & Development Coordination: Map customer requirements to product capabilities, identify customization needs, define module interactions, communicate functional requirements to development teams, clarify business rules, and review implemented solutions.
Testing & Documentation: Support QA and UAT by reviewing test cases, validating delivered functionality, and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including SRS, use cases, workflow documents, process flow diagrams, requirement traceability matrix, release notes, feature documentation, and change requests.
Customer Engagement: Conduct requirement workshops, demonstrate proposed solutions, explain product functionality, gather enhancement requests, manage stakeholder expectations, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Required Skills
Strong expertise in business analysis, requirement gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, workflow design, and functional documentation. Good understanding of web applications, REST APIs, SQL databases, SDLC, system integrations, role-based access control, and mobile applications. Proficiency in preparing SRS, user stories, acceptance criteria, flowcharts, and wireframes, along with excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, MCA, or Master's in Information Systems.

Requirement accuracy, first-time-right documentation, reduced requirement-related change requests, successful UAT outcomes, customer satisfaction, timely requirement delivery, low functional defect leakage, high-quality documentation, meaningful product enhancement contributions, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
