Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong exposure to texture paints and building material projects. The role involves generating new business, managing architect and contractor relationships, and driving sales for texture paint applications across architectural projects in Pune.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business opportunities for texture paints and related building material projects
- Conduct regular field visits to architects, builders, contractors, developers, and applicators
- Promote texture paint products for residential, commercial, and large-scale projects
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, and decision-makers
- Identify upcoming projects and ensure product specification and approvals
- Coordinate with technical, application, and operations teams for site execution
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing negotiations
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and new project leads in Pune
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 4–8 years of experience in business development or sales of texture paints / architectural paints / building materials
- Strong knowledge of texture paint systems, applications, and site processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle field sales and office coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel locally
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with architects, design firms, and real estate developers
- Existing network in Pune’s architecture and construction market
- Experience in project-based sales and site coordination
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
