We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Functional Consultant (Trainee) to join our ERP implementation team. The selected candidate will be involved in ERP implementation projects, client coordination, documentation, training, and deployment activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business processes and ERP solutions across various industries.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc, BA, BE/B.Tech, or equivalent).
- Basic understanding of ERP concepts and modules.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations when required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of ERP modules at client sites.
- Coordinate with clients and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Gather business requirements and support functional analysis activities.
- Prepare project documentation, user manuals, process flows, and implementation reports.
- Support ERP deployment, testing, and user acceptance activities.
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Perform daily activity reporting according to project plans and schedules.
- Escalate issues and risks to project leads when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to implementation standards and best practices.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems and business processes.
- Understanding of modules such as Finance, HR, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, or Manufacturing is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
