Position Summary
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and student-focused Finance , Fintech including Data Analytics faculty / Trainer to deliver engaging, practical, and high-quality training for UG/PG Students and Corporate trainings. The selected candidate will be responsible for simplifying complex financial concepts, developing learners' relevantconceptual understanding, and creating an interactive learning environment that connects classroom knowledge with real-world applications in the selected stream.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging training sessions on finance and financial markets.
- Teach concepts related to Stock Market, Mutual Funds, Investment, Financial Planning, Banking, and Financial Services.
- Explain financial concepts effectively using practical examples, case studies, market scenarios, and interactive activities.
- Introduce students to Fintech, Digital Finance, and the role of IT in financial services.
- Develop training modules, presentations, assignments, worksheets, quizzes, and assessment materials.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate students' performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Keep training content updated with current financial market trends, industry developments, and fintech innovations.
- Encourage students to develop financial awareness, analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Provide career guidance and mentorship to students interested in BFSI, Fintech, Financial Markets, and related career opportunities.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, guest lectures, financial literacy sessions, and institutional training programs.
- Maintain student attendance, training records, assessment data, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with fellow trainers, academic teams, institutions, and management to ensure effective program delivery.
- Utilize digital teaching tools, presentations, financial platforms, and educational technology to enhance the learning experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Financial Markets, Fintech or a related discipline. Bachelor's Degree with relevant Experience and Domain Knowledge can also be considered.
- Professional certifications such as NISM, NCFM, CFP, CFA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of finance, financial markets, and investment concepts.
- Knowledge of Stock Market, Mutual Funds, Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, and Fintech.
- Understanding of the application of IT and technology in financial services is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and digital teaching tools.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and promoting financial literacy.
Experience
3-5 Years of Experience in finance, financial markets, BFSI, fintech, investment advisory, wealth management, or financial training.
Freshers with strong subject knowledge, relevant certifications, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for finance and teaching are also encouraged to apply.
