Position: Executive Assistant (EA) to Director / Owner
Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Director by managing schedules, coordinating travel, tracking tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring timely follow-ups on important matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate and arrange business travel, including airline tickets, railway bookings, hotels, and local transportation.
- Track and follow up on tasks assigned by the Director to employees and provide regular status updates.
- Send reminders for urgent tasks, meetings, and important deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Record and maintain important business documents and records with confidentiality.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain minutes of meetings (MOM) when required.
- Draft emails, letters, and other official correspondence on behalf of the Director.
- Use basic AI tools to improve productivity in documentation and reporting.
- Assist the Director with any other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned from time to time.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of AI productivity tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
