Role Purpose Statement:
- The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating with operations teams, handling documentation, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.
- The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the company, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for visitors, clients, and employees.
Main Accountabilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and delivery personnel in a professional manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams regarding courier arrivals and dispatches
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and packages
- Maintain front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Support HR/Admin team with onboarding activities and employee coordination
- Track office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of logistics operations and documentation (e.g., invoices, delivery challans)
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Familiarity with ERP systems or logistics software/EPBX System
