Role: Facilities Lead / Manager
Emperience: 12-16 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage facility operations, cafeteria services, hospitality, transport, safety, and workplace security.
- Oversee vendor management, AMC renewals, procurement, budgeting, and cost control.
- Ensure smooth operation of BMS and coordinate with statutory/government authorities.
- Maintain compliance and support efficient workplace management.
Required Skills:
- Experience in administration, facility management, hospitality, operations, and security services.
- Knowledge of procurement, contract management, vendor management, and government liaison.
- Familiarity with BMS, power distribution systems, fire safety systems, and transport operations.
- Proficient in MS Office, MIS reporting, and resource planning.
- Strong team player with a proactive, responsible, and service-oriented approach.
