Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and energetic Field Executive to handle all outdoor operational activities related to our manpower supply business. The candidate will coordinate with delivery partners, clients, and internal HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and field support for delivery executives working with platforms such as Zepto and Zippi.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit client locations and hubs as required.
- Travel to various locations for operational requirements.
- Assist in onboarding and verification of delivery executives.
- Collect, submit, and maintain required documents.
- Coordinate with recruiters regarding candidate joining status.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful onboarding.
- Resolve field-level issues faced by delivery executives.
- Support activation and deactivation processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with client representatives and delivery partners.
- Submit daily field activity reports to management.
Requirements
- Intermediate, +1,+2, or more
- 0–3 years of experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the city.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily targets
