Vice President – Sales & Digital Marketing
We are seeking a highly accomplished and growth-focused Vice President – Sales & Digital Marketing to lead business expansion, revenue generation, enterprise sales, and digital growth initiatives. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in IT sales, digital marketing sales, business development, international sales, B2B sales, strategic partnerships, and team leadership.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving overall business growth, building scalable sales and marketing strategies, strengthening client relationships, and leading high-performing teams across domestic and international markets.
Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (Work From Office)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the Sales and Digital Marketing business functions to achieve revenue growth and business expansion objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans for domestic and international markets.
- Drive client acquisition, enterprise sales, revenue generation, and long-term account growth.
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing sales and marketing teams.
- Own the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure and client retention.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities, growth channels, and service offerings.
- Collaborate with leadership to define business strategies, sales targets, and expansion plans.
- Oversee sales forecasting, performance tracking, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and delivery teams to maximize business outcomes.
- Drive brand growth, market positioning, and digital marketing initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- 8+ years of experience in IT Services, Software Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, Technology Sales, or Business Development.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and scaling sales functions.
- Strong experience in enterprise sales, B2B sales, international sales, and high-value deal closures.
- Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and driving business growth initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Digital Marketing Services, IT Solutions, and Strategic Partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive organizational growth and profitability.
