Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and business-oriented Orthodontist to lead the North Zone as a Zonal Head. This role will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of clinical excellence, revenue performance, operations, and team management across multiple centers. The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical expertise with business acumen to drive growth and deliver a superior patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Zonal Leadership
Own end-to-end performance of the North Zone across clinical quality, sales, operations, people, and growth.
Translate national business goals into actionable zonal and center-level plans.
Act as the single-point owner for zonal performance, escalations, and reviews.
2. Clinical Leadership & Governance
Drive standardized clinical governance across all centers.
Ensure compliance with medical, ethical, regulatory, and quality standards.
Oversee orthodontic treatment planning, consultations, and execution.
Review clinical escalations and patient outcomes; implement corrective actions.
Mentor and coach orthodontists and clinical teams.
Implement best practices to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes.
3. Sales & Revenue Ownership
Own and deliver zonal revenue targets for Toothsi & Skinnsi.
Track and improve funnel metrics, conversion ratios, and center performance.
Drive consultation excellence (pitch, pricing, customer engagement).
Ensure process adherence and system accuracy across centers.
Partner with training teams for continuous sales capability development.
4. Operational Excellence
Ensure adherence to SOPs to maximize delivery %, utilization, and slot efficiency.
Oversee smooth execution of scans, trials, treatments, and services.
Optimize manpower planning and coordinate hiring needs with HR.
Ensure proper onboarding and training of new hires.
Maintain inventory and prevent service disruptions.
Conduct regular center visits to drive performance improvements.
5. People Management & Discipline
Lead and manage store heads and zonal teams.
Drive accountability, discipline, and high-performance culture.
Ensure adherence to HR policies, attendance, and professional conduct.
Address employee concerns and maintain team morale.
6. Growth & Business Expansion
Execute local marketing and center-level growth initiatives.
Identify and drive new revenue opportunities.
Strengthen commercial capabilities across teams.
Leverage competitor insights to improve strategy and execution.
7. Stakeholder Management
Act as a bridge between centers and central teams (HR, Ops, Training, Leadership).
Provide actionable insights and feedback to leadership.
Ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.

CTC: ₹7lpa – ₹8LPA + Performance Incentives

Shift Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM / 11 AM – 8 PM
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
