Job Title: HR & Marketing Internship In Mohali
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Salary : Rs. 10000 - 20000/month
Job Profile :
We are looking for a confident and motivated candidate who is interested in learning and managing both HR and Marketing responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening resumes, coordinating interviews)
- Maintain employee records.
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Assist in HR coordination and internal communication
- Help with employee engagement activities
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Assist in lead generation and database management
- Support calling activities with partners and potential clients
- Coordinate with sales and business development teams
- Help with follow-ups, and basic CRM updates
- Assist in social media posting and marketing coordination (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email)
- Support partner outreach and collaboration activities
Requirements :
- Graduate in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with clients and partners on phone calls
- Basic understanding of HR and marketing concepts
- Confident, proactive, and willing to learn
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace will be plus
