Role Description - Product Owner
As a Product Owner at NEUROLAB, you will spearhead the strategic direction and successful delivery of electronic product design, firmware development, prototyping, and manufacturing projects. This on-site, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to shape the trajectory of our projects and ensure alignment with client needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and market trends.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including development teams, marketing, sales, and clients, to gather input, prioritize features, and ensure a shared understanding of the product vision.
Requirements Definition: Elicit and document detailed product requirements, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with business objectives. Prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.
Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, maintaining a well-defined and prioritized list of features, enhancements, and technical debt.
Agile Development: Work closely with Agile development teams, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and providing guidance to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of features.
Release Planning: Collaborate with development, testing, and deployment teams to plan and coordinate product releases, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
User Experience (UX): Partner with UX/UI teams to ensure a seamless and user-friendly design that aligns with the product vision and meets user needs.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to gather feedback, understand their needs, and incorporate insights into the product roadmap. Act as a bridge between clients and development teams.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.
Product Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor product performance, gathering data to drive data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, preferably in the electronic product design and manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of successfully delivering and managing products throughout the entire lifecycle.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
