#*Role Objective*#
The Program Manager cum Faculty Coordinator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end academic and operational execution of the Punjab Exams category while simultaneously owning faculty acquisition, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and coordination. This is a dual-responsibility role that bridges program strategy with faculty operations, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality academic programs to students.
A. Program Management Responsibilities
- Own the overall execution, planning, and growth of the Punjab Exams category.
- Plan and launch academic programs, batches, courses, test series, and exam-oriented initiatives aligned with the Punjab exam calendar.
- Define program structure, batch timelines, subject-wise schedules, and content delivery roadmap.
- Monitor batch performance, student engagement, completion rates, and learning outcomes.
- Coordinate with marketing, content, social media, YouTube, product, and sales teams to drive student acquisition and retention.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve student enrolment, engagement, satisfaction, and course completion.
- Track business and academic KPIs and prepare regular performance dashboards for leadership.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and student requirements to identify new growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely execution of launches, campaigns, classes, content drops, and academic initiatives.
- Take ownership of cross-functional execution and ensure timely delivery of all key milestones.
B. Faculty Coordination Responsibilities
- Identify, source, evaluate, and onboard faculty members across all subjects for the Punjab Exams category.
- Plan and manage faculty schedules, class timetables, and session allocations across batches.
- Act as the single point of contact between faculty members and internal teams (content, video, product, marketing).
- Monitor faculty performance through student feedback, class ratings, attendance data, and content quality reviews.
- Conduct regular faculty reviews, feedback sessions, and development discussions.
- Ensure faculty readiness for live classes, recorded sessions, doubt-solving slots, and special sessions.
- Manage faculty communication, escalations, and day-to-day operational requirements.
- Coordinate content creation activities with faculty — including notes, quizzes, PYQs, study material, and video lectures.
- Ensure faculty alignment with the latest exam patterns, syllabus updates, and academic standards.
- Build and maintain a healthy faculty pipeline and backup pool for business continuity.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline
- 3–7 years of experience in Program Management, Academic Operations, Faculty Management, or Category Management.
- Prior experience in EdTech, coaching institutes, or the competitive exam preparation industry is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing academic programs and coordinating with teaching faculty.
- Strong project management, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of Punjab Government Exams, their syllabus, and the competitive exam ecosystem will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, project management platforms, and data dashboards.
