Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand the company's client portfolio.
- Identify, approach, and secure new clients across various industries.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Generate staffing and recruitment opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Lead proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and staffing operations.
- Establish operational processes, SOPs, KPIs, and performance standards.
- Monitor recruitment delivery timelines, quality metrics, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure effective resource allocation and workforce planning.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of client and candidate concerns.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
