The Opportunity
As a Rebar Detailer, you won’t just be drawing lines; you’ll be translating complex structural designs into the practical blueprints that hold buildings together. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Drafting Precision: Creating clean, accurate rebar shop drawings.
- Technical Planning: Preparing Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) directly from structural plans.
- Global Standards: Gaining hands-on experience working with US codes and standards.
- Collaboration: Working side-by-side with engineers and senior staff to solve technical challenges.
Who We Are Looking For
We value curiosity and a strong work ethic over a long resume. You’ll be a great fit if:
- Education: You are a 2024, 2025, or 2026 graduate ready to start your professional journey.
- Experience: You have 0–3 years of experience in the field.
- Technical Skills: you are comfortable with AutoCAD (knowledge of Rebar CAD is a plus!).
- Analytical Mindset: You can read structural drawings and have a keen eye for detail.
- Growth Mindset: You are eager to learn, take feedback, and advance your skills.
