Astam Diagnostics is hiring for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive for our Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) Division. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling POCT medical devices and related products to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
* Promote and sell POCT medical devices and consumables.
* Visit hospitals, clinics, laboratories, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions regularly.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, lab technicians, procurement teams, and healthcare professionals.
* Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits to customers.
* Identify customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
* Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and payments.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
* Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
* Coordinate with the service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
* 0–3 years of experience in medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales.
* Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
* Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
* Basic knowledge of POCT products and diagnostics will be an advantage.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
