About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Verification Executive to join our Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting Video KYC verification, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and providing a smooth customer onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Video KYC verification for customer onboarding.
- Verify customer identity and validate KYC documents through live video interactions.
- Ensure all customer information is accurate and complete.
- Identify and report suspicious or fraudulent activities.
- Follow RBI and company compliance guidelines during the verification process.
- Maintain high standards of data confidentiality and customer privacy.
- Resolve basic customer queries during the KYC process.
- Record and update verification details in the internal system.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for verification-related issues.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi (Mandatory) and English.
- Ability to interact confidently with customers through video calls.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Good observation and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work from the Bangalore office.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma, Certification, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
