## Role Overview
We are looking for an IT Manager who will own the technology backbone of our diagnostic centres — from implementing and managing our LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) to driving digital transformation initiatives across radiology and pathology operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working hands-on with software systems, vendors, and clinical/lab staff, and is curious about applying AI tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and patient experience.
## Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and maintenance of LIMS and RIS/PACS systems across all 4 branches.
- Drive digital transformation projects — automating manual workflows in sample tracking, report generation, billing, and patient data management.
- Coordinate with software vendors and internal stakeholders (lab technicians, radiologists, front-office staff) to ensure smooth rollout and adoption of new systems.
- Manage IT infrastructure across branches: networking, servers, workstations, biomedical equipment interfacing, and data backups.
- Ensure data security, patient confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare data regulations.
- Identify and implement AI-based tools/solutions (e.g., for report automation, predictive analytics, chatbot support, image analysis support) to improve operational efficiency.
- Train staff across branches on new systems and troubleshoot day-to-day IT/software issues.
- Maintain documentation for systems, SOPs, and vendor contracts.
- Evaluate new software/tools and present recommendations to management.
## Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT management, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or hospital settings.
- Hands-on experience implementing or managing LIMS, HIS, RIS/PACS, or similar healthcare software systems.
- Working knowledge of networking, server management, and basic IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude, automation tools, AI-based diagnostic or analytics tools) and ability to identify practical use cases.
- Strong vendor coordination and project management skills.
- Good communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical (clinical) staff.
- Ability to travel across branches as needed.
## Good to Have
- Prior experience in a multi-branch healthcare/diagnostic setup.
- Basic understanding of data privacy norms applicable to healthcare (e.g., NABL, data protection guidelines).
- Exposure to scripting/automation (Python, SQL) for reporting or workflow automation.
## What We Offer
- Salary: INR 60,000 – 100,000 per month
- Opportunity to lead digital transformation for a growing multi-branch diagnostic centre
- Direct exposure to leadership and decision-making
- A role where you can experiment with and implement AI-driven solutions
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
