To lead and oversee the maintenance, repair, and operational efficiency of a diverse fleet of vehicles and mechanical equipment within the Tea Estate Group Workshop. This role combines high-level technical expertise with workshop management and fleet coordination of petrol and diesel engines for Lorries, Trucks, Tractors, Jeeps, and Two-wheelers.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Diploma in Automobile Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in a multi-vehicle workshop environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience working in a Tea Estate or Large Plantation workshop is a significant advantage.
- Driving License: Valid driving license for Heavy Vehicles (HTV) and Light Motor Vehicles (LMV).
- Willingness to work in the Hill Station of Megamalai, Theni Dt, Gudalur , Nilgiris District
