Job Description
The BIG Hotel Store (TBHS) is looking for an experienced Plant Head to manage the overall operations of our stainless steel commercial kitchen equipment manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day factory operations and administration.
- Plan and monitor production schedules.
- Supervise fabrication, welding, assembly, polishing, and dispatch.
- Ensure quality standards and timely project completion.
- Manage manpower, factory discipline, and productivity.
- Coordinate with design, projects, purchase, and installation teams.
- Understand commercial kitchen equipment manufacturing requirements.
- Optimize material utilization and reduce wastage.
Required Skills
- AutoCAD proficiency.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks.
- Experience with laser cutting and nesting.
- Ability to read fabrication and manufacturing drawings.
- Good understanding of stainless steel fabrication processes.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in fabrication, sheet metal, stainless steel manufacturing, or commercial kitchen equipment industry.
- Experience in handling factory operations and production teams.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
