We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store In-Charge for our company. The candidate will be responsible for managing construction materials, maintaining stock records, issuing materials, and ensuring smooth store operations at the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive construction materials and verify quantity & quality.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Issue materials to site staff and subcontractors.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Maintain proper storage and arrangement of materials.
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
- Prepare GRN, stock reports, and material issue records.
- Coordinate with site engineers, procurement team, and vendors.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store area.
- Prevent material loss, damage, and wastage.
Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma holder.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction site store management.
- Knowledge of construction materials and inventory handling.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / ERP Software).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
