We are expanding our team at Flairinterio! We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee our residential and commercial interior projects.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design concepts and flawless execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Management: Supervise daily activities on-site, managing vendors, carpenters, electricians, and other sub-contractors.
- Quality Control: Inspect work in progress to ensure strict adherence to design layouts and material specifications.
- Timeline Management: Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve any bottlenecks or delays.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all site operations comply with safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the Interior Design or Real Estate sector.
- Deep understanding of interior execution processes (civil, MEP, woodwork, finishes).
- Excellent vendor management and organizational skills.
