Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Faculty / Soft Skills Trainer for a reputed speaking institute in Siliguri. The candidate will be responsible for conducting engaging English communication and soft skills training sessions through both online and offline modes.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct English speaking and communication skills classes for students.
* Deliver soft skills training sessions including personality development, confidence building, and professional communication.
* Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and interactive activities.
* Manage both online and offline training sessions effectively.
* Evaluate students' progress and provide feedback for improvement.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience as an English/Soft Skills Trainer.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Strong presentation and teaching skills.
* Ability to engage and motivate learners.
* Experience in conducting online and offline classes preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
